Mentoring for teachers

By educators for educators
I know that at the beginning of the journey it can feel scary: it seems like you need to know everything at once, you’re afraid of making mistakes or not meeting students’ expectations. But the truth is that mistakes are part of growth, and a true professional is shaped through experience.

My name is Katya, and I have been working in the field of English teaching for 18 years. During this time, I’ve gone from being a school teacher to collaborating with international organizations, passing international exams, and living in English-speaking countries. But most importantly, I’ve realized that teaching is not just a job - it’s constant growth and a source of inspiration.
How to love teaching and see the results of your work
How can I be helpful?
Over the years, I have gained not only experience but also a systematic understanding of teaching. I am ready to share this with those who are just starting their journey or want to grow.
How to confidently conduct your first lessons
How to build rapport and trust with a student
How to work with difficult or passive students
How to stay calm and composed in stressful situations
How not to burn out and maintain your love for the profession
How to develop your strengths as a teacher
How to choose and adapt materials for each student
How to build a course structure - from the first lesson to the last
My approach
I don’t give lectures or offer “universal solutions.” I listen, observe, ask questions, and suggest options based on experience and real situations.
We can discuss what matters to you specifically: whether it’s lesson structure, voice and delivery, working with parents, self-assessment, or professional growth.
Do you want to feel more confident in your profession?
Message me - and we’ll figure it out together.
