Public Service Offer Agreement
Individual Entrepreneur Zakariyeva Kateryna, registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Contractor), offers an individual (hereinafter - the Client) to enter into this agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) under the following terms.
- This document constitutes an official offer to enter into an agreement for the provision of educational services.
- Acceptance of the offer is the full and unconditional agreement to the terms of the Agreement, made by paying for the selected plan on the website https://openspace.school (hereinafter - the Website).
- From the moment of payment, it is assumed that the Client has read, agrees with, and accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
(2) Subject of the Agreement
- The Contractor provides online English language training services (individual and/or group lessons), and the Client undertakes to pay for them.
- The services are delivered remotely using Zoom, Google Meet, and other online platforms.
(3) Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Contractor undertakes to:
- conduct lessons according to the agreed schedule;
- provide access to educational materials;
- inform about important changes, schedules, and materials via messengers (Telegram, Email).
The Client undertakes to:
- adhere to the schedule and rules of participation in the lessons;
- ensure technical readiness (internet, software);
- make payments on time.
(4) Cost and Payment Procedure
- The cost of services depends on the chosen format (individual/group lessons), is specified on the Website, and may be updated periodically.
- Payment is made in full in advance before the start of lessons according to the Contractor's provided details.
- Payment constitutes the Client's agreement with the terms of this offer.
(5) Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by the Contractor (videos, texts, methods, etc.) are copyrighted. Their distribution without written consent is prohibited.
- This Agreement has legal force without a paper signature.
- Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If this is not possible, they are settled in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
