Consent to the Processing of Website User’s Personal Data

I, a user of the website https://openspace.school (hereinafter - the Website), hereby freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Kateryna Zakariyeva (hereinafter - the Operator) for the processing of my personal data.

The Operator has the right to process the following personal data:

The processing of personal data is carried out using both automated and non-automated means, including collection, systematization, storage, clarification, use, dissemination (if necessary - strictly within the purposes), anonymization, and destruction.

(4) Retention Period and Withdrawal of Consent

The consent is valid from the moment it is given (for example, when filling out a form or checking a box) and remains in effect until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the user withdraws their consent.

• your first and last name;
• your contact email;
• the text: "I withdraw my consent for the processing of personal data."

Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator will cease processing and delete the user's data, except in cases where retention is required by the laws of Ukraine.
